Firm and Attorneys Recognized by Chambers and Partners USA

Chambers and Partners USA recently recognized Turning Point Litigation’s “[n]otable practice offering strong representation to corporations, nonprofit organizations, public bodies and private individuals,” stating that the firm “[d]emonstrates capabilities across a wide variety of disputes ranging from personal injury claims to complex business litigation.” Chambers rated the firm’s general commercial litigation practice in “Band 4” alongside several much larger firms.
Chambers and Partners also specifically recognized Alan Duncan and Allison Mullins. Alan was rated in “Band 1” for general commercial litigation in North Carolina. Chambers described Alan as “a distinguished litigator who deftly represents both individuals and businesses in all manner of significant disputes.” The publication also noted that “[m]arket commentators variously describe [Alan] as ‘splendid,’ ‘fantastic‘ and an ‘exceptional lawyer.” Alan has regularly been recognized by the publication.
Allison was rated in “Band 2” for general commercial litigation in North Carolina. Chambers described her as “an expert trial lawyer with experience appearing before business, trial and appellate courts on behalf of corporate and individual clients.” It continued that “[s]ources describe [Allison] as ‘terrific‘ and a ‘superb lawyer.'”
