Five Attorneys Named 2023 North Carolina Super Lawyers

Five attorneys at Turning Point Litigation have again been recognized as North Carolina Super Lawyers for 2023.  Leading the way is Alan Duncan, who was listed among the Top 10 lawyers in North Carolina.  Alan was also recognized for Business Litigation.

Allison Mullins, Cooper Harrell, and Steve Russell were each recognized as Super Lawyers in the General Litigation category.  Hillary Kies was named as a “Rising Star” for General Litigation.

According to North Carolina Super Lawyers, the publication “selects attorneys using a patented multiphase selection process.”  Its “objective is to create a credible, comprehensive and diverse listing of outstanding attorneys that can be used as a resource for attorneys and consumers searching for legal counsel.”  The peer nominations and evaluations gathered by Super Lawyers are combined with independent research, and each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.  Additional information about the Super Lawyers selection process is available on its website.
