Nancy Meyers Joins Turning Point Litigation’s Growing Vaccine Injury Practice

We are pleased to announce that Nancy Meyers has joined the firm, effective March 23, 2020.  Nancy assists individuals who have been injured by vaccines obtain benefits from the Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (also known as the Vaccine Court).  She is North Carolina’s most experienced vaccine attorney, having represented hundreds of clients before the United States Court of Federal Claims.  Nancy will assist the firm in expanding its active and growing Vaccine Court practice.  She currently serves as the Secretary of the Vaccine Injured Petitioners Bar Association.  In addition, Nancy brings nearly 25 years of experience handling medical malpractice claims involving serious personal injury and death.  She was recognized by Best Lawyers in 2018 for Personal Injury Litigation.  Nancy is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and received her law degree from the University of Louisville School of Law.  A seasoned litigator with a steadfast commitment to serving her clients tenaciously, Nancy is a welcome addition to the Turning Point Litigation team.
